Linslade Galaxy Wildcats U10 played host today to Luton Town Girls U9. This was again a first for this team and the beginning for the second all Girls team for the club.

Playing on the 7v7 pitch at Cedars School the Wildcats did not let themselves down playing against a team who regularly play in a local league.

The game was played at a high level with both teams showing high level of skill and commitment. One player from Luton in particular showing us all the art of defending.

Despite having inexperience the Galaxy Wildcats didn't show this in their performance, at times the defending was tenacious and the passing was a pleasure to watch. As Coaches it's great to see what we practice being put into action.

Overall a ray of sunshine watching these players shine on a wet and cold morning.
