Stan's cross looped in to give Porto the lead and they looked well set in the match. But chances came and went they took their foot off the peddle and it let their opponents back in the game, with two goals before half time. Porto continued to have chances but there was no comeback on the cards with two more goals in the second half.

Stan and James were players of the match. Stan's distribution was good, and he got on the scoresheet to help us take the lead. James was a constant engine in the centre, showing character throughout in midfield.

It's all a learning process and it gives the team things to work on. The away side were a little more physical and Porto need to stick it about a bit more. At times we need to take the sting out of the game, by keeping hold of the ball more and being patient. The team now need a strong reaction in the next game.
