In blustery conditions, Barca unfortunately got off on the wrong foot, giving away an early penalty that Woodside duly dispatched. However, Barca managed to stay in the match, in what turned out to be a physical encounter with end-to-end action.

Barca came close to finding the Woodside net on a number of occasions and, in the final quarter, were arguably the better side, as they started to compose themselves and get on the ball. Woodside won the physical contest overall however.

Gartec Player of the Match for Barca was Callum who, after a quiet start, really got stuck in, particularly in the second half, and made some great tackles on the left side of midfield. Well done Callum and well done Barca!
